The room was huge and had a jacuzzi tub. the staff were super-friendly. - the location was ideal and comfortable in a beautiful palm tree area. - Very close to airport shuttle, restaurants, shopping, and the center of Mesa, Arizona.

Convenient free parking available right on the premises. Loved the decently sized balcony, kitchenette, and cozy couch in the room! And that bed was just superb for a good night's sleep 💤. the staff were quick and efficient, while the atmosphere was wonderfully peaceful and calm.

Everything is fantastic, the room is brand-new with a counter top with stools, a comfortable bed and a regular bathroom.

We live in the mountains over 100 miles from Mesa, so we had the room so we wouldn't have to drive the whole thing in one day. I like the fact that it is close to the Dr.'s Office and the price was great! Good stay!

Everyone who works in the hotel is helpful and exceptional. The location is marvellous, 2 miles from Hi-Jolly Gift Shop. Furthermore, its short walk to moving trucks, hill and The very near German restaurant, the Zur Kate.

The room had a good sized balcony, a kitchenette, and a couch. the location is nice, next to the center of Mesa, Arizona which made it super convenient. the staff was efficient and amicable.

I stayed at the same time as dog show attendees. Was awakened at 5:30 am by a yapping pack of miniature dobermans/yorkshire terriers/chiuauas.

We were disappointed with our room as when we entered, it smelled as if it had not been aired for quite a long time. We also did not feel very secure as the patio door is quite old. We had originally booked for 9 nights, we stayed for the 1 obligatory one, and left. For the same price, we stayed at La Quinta, which is much brighter and newer. Renovating is needed at your hotel, i.e. brighter paint, newer appliances and more secure doors.

The room here is brand new, featuring a couch and balconies, just like the pictures online!

Beautiful lawns

Rooms were **, Breakfast nook **, Landscaping***. Its an old motel. We should have paid $20 less. The "Windemere" sign, although very large, was hidden by some schrubs or trees.

I like the in-room refrigerator and microwave and coffee maker and blow dryer. That inside grounds were very beautiful and the swimming pool was nice. There was a beautiful tree with blooming white flowers on it right outside our balcony it was very romantic

Bathrooms were old and the plumbing didn't work correctly. The buffet breakfast was very limited and not too many choices. From the outside it reminded me of a Motel 6.

This place is incredibly beautiful, clean, and has attentive and efficient staff who handled my refund request promptly.

The building and rooms here are nice and come with good facilities, also the location is excellent and convenient for the renaissance festival and not far from downtown.

The location. Staff very helpful. Location was peaceful and quiet. Did not hear traffic, other hotel guest in next rooms, which is always a plus.

The lines did not appear to have been changed, rumpled , not fresh clean smell. Shower was not clean, went out to Target and bought some cleaning disinfectant to clean tub and toilet. Not enough towels, and towels were not thick but appeared to have been worn out :( The carpet had stains by the bedside. Patio area was a nice view to the lawn and swimming pool. When checking in the wrong dates were in the computer, but the receptionist was very helpful and had no problem booking me a room for the night. The rooms could just have been cleaner and more appealing.
